now that summer is here,V and i love to have BBQ's with our friends & play games.
we played hoopla for the first time last week and laughed ourselves silly.
i also love cranium, celebrity, catch phrase, and bananagrams.
we have a pretty eclectic group of friends ranging from finance & ad peeps to actors so it's always high hilarity (especially when THEY'RE drinking*)
are there any other fun games we should play?
*no, i don't endorse drinking, i just think some wildly funny things have happened because of it...i don't drink which makes it even funnier to me...

I love Loaded Questions... a lot! Also, Buzz Word, Time's Up: Title Recall, Coloretto, and No Thanks! The last two games are card games for smaller groups and the first three are party games for larger groups; all of them very fun.
FARKLE! It's like $5 at Target. It's a fun dice game and it's fun with people who have different personalities. It brings out a gambler mentality in a lot of people, and I've noticed that people will surprise you when they play this one.

The game Quelf is a riot. The first time I played my mom and I rolled on the ground with tears of laughter.
Whackee Six is a fun, fast paced game!!

Yes, definitely "Curses"--my kids love it and so do I. You will laugh till you pee your pants! Try it. :)
5 Crowns is a family favorite lately! Love it!
Try "Telestrations" it's sort of like the game of telephone but with drawings.
Boxers or Briefs is always a good time!
Creationary is fun to play in groups. It's pictionary but you use Legos to build things instead of drawing them, and it's a lot harder than you think it would be. It's kind of fun to feel like a kid again playing it.
Wackee or Wacky or Wackie Six is the best!! (Forget how they spell it).
OKAY...A MUST - "What's yours like?" One of the funniest games I've ever played. Especially if you have some "off color" friends like I do!
We just started palying Bang! and it is a lot of fun. My favorites are buzz word, scattergories, apples to apples and things.
Apples to Apples! It is a great group game - one of our faves.
Bezzerwezzer and Loaded Questions are great!
tribond. we can play w/ our friend for hours and hours, late into the night before we realize its way past our bedtime - so fun!

You must try the game Timeout. It's so fun and awesome and great with groups. You can find it inexpensively on Amazon. Isn't summer the greatest?!

I find it refreshing to see that you have an eclectic circle of friends. I too sorround myself with a variety of friends with a variety of backgrounds. Makes you a more well rounded person, and really allows you to show your true colors!
