modeling the m-jeanwhich is awesome in the following ways:
1. her maternity jeans are really comfy-would you judge me if i started rocking the m-jean? i smell a new trend....
2. she eats a ton and i eat a ton (uh! we're so the same!)
3. for once i'll be the skinnier sister (though that hasn't happened yet..)
4. her little nugget will take the pressure of the absence of MY little nugget and my mom will stop lamenting that she's a grandmother only to canines.
5. hopefully, she'll give me her skinny clothes for safe keeping..
6. her boobs are WAY bigger than mine.
7. we'll get to deal with a tiny one.
here's what sucks about it:
1. she can't go on fun rides.
2. she barfs a lot.
3. she doesn't crave sugar as much as i do anymore.
4. she gets a "get out of jail free" card on just about anything cause she can use the pregnancy excuse.
5. she's not finding out the sex of the baby so everyone is just buying a whole lot of both sex (cause who wants yellow and green anything?!)
6. she can't drop everything for my spontaneous adventures.
7. she knows she won't get aforementioned skinny clothes back so she won't give them to me...
but other than that, we're thrilled for bil, sussy & her wombate.

Oh man, the times I've wanted to sport the mom-jeans just for comfort. I can't use pregnancy as an excuse yet.
Being an aunt is the best! You get to buy all the cute baby stuff, play with them, teach them all the important things in life (like peace out, the best practical jokes, stuff like that) that the parents dont think about, and when they are ornery or need to be changed or cleaned up or anything that way you give them back over to the parents!

You will love being an aunt! I love being an aunt! I even have kids! Being an aunt means when they say they love you they really mean it..(I have teenagers now that is why I wrote that!)Congrats auntie Nat!

And it seriously does stink for aunts when the preggo doesn't find out the sex of the child. I'm totally with you on the yellow, orange, and green things. Seriously, it reminds me of the avocado green & gold wallpaper we had growing up...
does she have a favorite/most comfortable pair of m-jeans? i'm almost 12 weeks and haven't had to start buying yet but my clothes are starting to get snug! ;) if she can make any suggestions, i'd appreciate it!

i bought three pair of different types of maternity jeans (back panel, low panel, full panel) --ALL from the Gap --I was surprised it wasn't THAT BAD shopping for it.
If it's a girl I'll be sure to send her a "brain squeezer" with one of those gigantic flowers on it....
