oh man this post put one of those pits of recognition in my stomach... oh how i understand! but you know what? past experiences JUST like this one have always resulted in me running into Said Dreamboat soon after looking like a freaking bombshell... so just know that your Knock Him Dead moment is soon to come :)

I'm pretty sure that the worst part is always that he's just not that into you. If he were, he would find the sensible shoes adorable and would find a way to sweep you off your wet and weary feet.
Why does that happen? and they day you rolled out the door late, thinking you could just do something "real quick" is ALWAYS the day you run into someone you know and want to know better but you feel like an idiot in whatever you are wearing?!
