happy birthday to mim !!

holy moses!

i have blogged an entire year of my life!

i must say, while this has been the most challenging & complicated year of my life,
i have found such unbelievable joy.
i really think by blogging my gratitudes, inspirations, and dreams, i have found happiness beyond compare.
turns out, recognizing the little things really does make you happy...

thank you for supporting, for encouraging, and for lifting me throughout this year.
i didn't expect anyone but sussy to read these ramblings, but have discovered a wealth of beautiful blog people i'm now proud to call friends.

so now that we're having a yearly check-in....

what do you want?
why do you read?
which posts are most interesting to you?
***
happy birthday to us!

&

thank you for being a friend.
(are you hearing the golden girls theme song?)

don't be a stranger, now!

I LOVE your dating stories. I can hardly believe some of them sometimes. Whenever I am laughing uncontrollably my husband says "No sex and the city?" and I say "yep." congrats on your year!

Congrats girl!
My 1 year is coming up this summer so I can share your excitement!

And as far as wanting to read on your blog - don't change a thing!

Be yourself! Tell life stories, funny stories (such as your pet peeve at the airport), dating stories, and of course your artistic life... or whatever you want. It is your blog right?

Keep 'em comin'! I'll be sure to tune in as much as I can!

I love, love, love your blog.
I must confess I've been stalking it for months now.
I really enjoy your dating stories. So funny.

Happy anniversary! I've been reading for sometime now. I dreamt of being a Broadway star as a young girl, so I enjoy reading about your life. Keep it up, it's a great read!

Christie said...

I like to read because it's fun to live your life vicariously. As a married mother of three, the closest I'll get to Broadway is the audience. Plus, I like to pretend I know you in real life. After all, we were swap partners once upon a time, right?

Congrats!

Thanks for sharing your life and adventures with us.

yeah! one year! your blog rocks :)

I feel connected to you in some way! Strange, huh? Maybe it's the underlying Donny Osmond connection we both share...or maybe it's an LDS kind of thing. Regardless, I hope we can meet one day~

May this next year be less complicated, full of fun, health for all, and wildly successful! Love you nat!!!

i read because i love seeing that it's possible to go and live your dreams. performing in nyc!?!? that's amazing. not necessarily one of my dreams, but i'm in a similar situation and trying to figure out what i really want to go after and invest in.

thanks for the great stories!

Congrats on your year anniversary! I love to read your blog because I think your life is so much fun! Your stories are hilarious! I love NYC and I live in Utah. My friends and I often say that we would love to have been able to go and rent your apartment for a week. If we were single and without kids we totally would have taken you up on the offer and lived in your world for just a few days! Don't get me wrong, I love my life so much and I wouldn't trade it for anything, but I like to imagine what it would be like to be you sometimes. That is why I read! Keep up the good work!

Love you, Natalie. thanks for sharing your soul with all of us. I've had lots of happy moments giggling here. But I still have to ask - after all this time - I still don't know what MIM refers to. Something about about 'me, myself and i'??? Clue me in.

Also, are you in NY or away again? Some good stuff going on Monday and i'm wondering if you will be around the City.

<3 Linda
Here's to many more years of humor, honesty, and heart!

I read because I LOVE NYC! I used to live in Westchester County and visited the city every weekend--back when I was single and in my twenties--so I read to live vicariously. Or, at least, that's why I started. But now I've come to enjoy your stories about your family and your dating and your job. Those are my favorite posts! But I would love to see more photos of the city. (And thanks for representing the Church in such a positive light.) Happy birthday! :)

many congrats! here's to 50 more!

i love love love your music, jewelry and makeup recommendations. I've never met a blog who influenced my buying habits more. I just finished buying BOTH Madeleine Peyroux albums, and I'm wearing my new Guenevere Rodriguez "love" necklace as I type.

Seriously, I'm your lemming! so keep recommending!
