happy cinco de mayo!!!
heidi klum and seal's favorite guacamole recipe4 ripe avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
2 small tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 small serrano chile, seeded and chopped (optional)
salt to taste
1. coarsely mash the avocados
2. in a bowl combine mashed avocados, tomatoes, onion and lime juice
3. stir in chile, if using. season with salt
4. cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes
makes about 3 cups.
