Ooh. I know what you're going through. You see, my sister and me decided to start a no sugar thing at the beginning of the year. We actually thought it would be pretty easy because we'd actually done a no candy thing for two years before. So we actually lasted for four months before giving up last sunday... haha. Good luck!
Have you ever tried natural progesterone cream? It *really* helps me stay away from sugar, cravings go real down :)
Oh, and the gruesome dating experience...
I was dating this guy for only 3 weeks when one night he just starts crying. CRYING! "What's wron?" i asked. He says "I am just so worried, cuz I keep praying and praying and I don't know if it's you". "If it's me, what? what about me?" "If it's you that I should marry" *SILENCE*...me freaks out looking at this wannahurryandgetmarried freak! "sweetie, let me make it easy for you" - I say, "It is NOT me!" Got my purse and left.
Have you gotten headaches since you've been off sugar? I stopped eating it recently as well, and I've had headaches every day since.
Sugar is divine. I was off sugar for 6 months once, and I went off for a month last month. It was fine, but it is better to be eating it again. If you must stay away from it, be sure to eat plenty of fresh fruit and berries--that always helps my sweet craving. Good luck!
PS Your blog makes me happy. (I found it on a friend of a friend's list)
